- Q. Can I purchase your products and have them shipped to a non Canadian address?
- A. No we can only ship Kushies products within Canada.
- Q. I live in the United States of America, can I purchase Kushies from you and have them sent to a Canadian address?
- A. The billing and shipping address at the cart have to be Canadian, you can purchase a gift card and send it to a Canadian resident.

- Q. How often do you add new products?
- A. When there is an interest from multiple people we will add that item to our regular inventory.
- Q. Who do I contact to recommend a Kushies product you should carry online?

- Q. What if the item I want is not in your regular inventory?
- A. We will order your item from Kushies, however this will be considered a special order.
Special orders are prepaid and will take up to 3 weeks to arrive to you depending on where you live.
- Q. How long do in stock items take to ship?
- A. If you order by 3pm EST usually your order will ship that day.
- Q. If I order today how long will it be before my order arrives?
- A. Our liberal estimate is between 2 to 6 business days from Ottawa to all Provinces and 6 to 12 business days to the Territories
- Q. How will I know how far along my order is?
- A. As soon as your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.
- Q. What if I never receive my order?
- A. We take security measures to insure that this does not happen, however if it does, your order is insured, it has a tracking number; so we can see what depot your package was last at. A signature is required so that we can find out that if it was delivered who signed for it.
- Q. Can I order a gift online to be sent directly to someone else?
- A. Yes, during check out specify the shipping address as to where you would like the product to arrive. They must live in Canada.
- Q. What about PST?
- A. PST is not charged on clothing items.
- Q. What about HST?
- A. HST of 13% is charged on orders shipped within Canada, depending on the ship-to province; HST provinces include: Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
