- Regular Post and Expedited Post cost the same amount.
- Expedited is only offered to businesses
- Expedited post is not the same as Xpresspost

- 1 to 3 business days regionally
- 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.

- 5 - 10 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.
After your parcel is shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number.
