Kushies has a strict policy that restrict the sale of Kushies outside
territorial boundaries. This means that since we are a Canadian company we can
only ship Kushies products within Canada.
United States Orders
Americans may purchase an Ayling's Great Baby Company Gift Card and we will
e-mail it to a Canadian resident. Get Gift Cards here
To our friends residing in The United States of America (U.S. / U.S.A) Kushies
policy states that we can not ship Kushies products outside Canada.
American residents can not purchase Kushies from the U.S. and have them shipped to Canada.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please do so A.S.A.P.
If your order has been shipped and you wish to cancel your order simply refuse the package.
When the packaged has been returned to Ayling's Great Baby Company you will then be
reimbursed for the item(s) purchased and taxes; shipping fees will not be reimbursed and there
may be a 10% restocking fee.
Returns
Before returning a product we require that you email us for an RA# (Return Authorization).
When you have a RA number please ship the item back to our address using an insured and
traceable ground shipment method such as Canada Post Expedited Post.
The RA# should be clearly printed on the box. Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for packages that are lost in transit or damaged due to poor
re-packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive the item in its original box and/or package and verify it is undamaged and
in saleable condition, we will issue a refund.
Saleable condition means the item must not
show any signs of abuse, misuse, modification, dents, scratches or damage. We cannot issue
a refund on any item that cannot be resold as new.
Please note that the price of item(s)
and taxes will be refunded, however shipping will not be refunded unless an error occurred on
our part.
Returns, refunds and exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We can not accept
returns for a refund after 15 days from date of purchase. We will accept exchanges
for up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Exchanges
If a Client would like to exchange a product due to a change in their original
choice/order, the item is to be kept with its original box and packaged well for return to
us, using an insured and traceable ground shipment method such as Canada Post Express Post
(at their own expense).
If you believe your item was damaged in shipping or initially defective(you have 3 days to contact us).
Upon receipt of the item we will examine it. If it was damaged in shipping or initially defective, we will
reimburse your cost of shipping the item back and offer you either a new item or a full
refund without any restocking fees.
Failure to follow specific garment laundering
instructions will not be considered a defect.
Misprints
We do our very best to provide our customers with the most up to date and accurate
information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or
cancel an order at any time, or edit an order to reflect the correction, and correct the
error on our website.
Limitation of Liability
Ayling's Great Baby Company assumes no responsibility to you or any third party for the consequences of any
inaccuracy, error or omission on the website, regardless of cause.
All products are to be used for their intended purpose; we are not
responsible for any use or misuse of any product resulting in damage to persons and/or property.
